The Police Verification Certificate is an official document issued by the Police Department certifying that the applicant’s identity, address, and background have been verified. Required Documents

  1. Applicant’s Photo*
  2. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / Aadhaar card / PAN Card / HSLC Admit Card or Certificate issued by any recognized Board of Applicant)*
  3. Proof of Residence (Permanent Resident Certificate / Aadhaar Card / Voter Card / Land Documents / Electricity Bill / Ration Card of Applicant or Parent)*
  4. Employment Offer Letter / Joining Letter  / Gaon Burah Certificate etc. (if applicable)
